What is the primarily way to communicate accessibility needs to workshop organizers?

When you register for the workshop, there will be a question labeled Accessibility requirements. This is an open field where you can include accessibility needs such as captions, ADA-compliant room, screen reader software. Our team will reach out to you to find the best plan for accommodating your request.

How do I access accessibility information about CHI 2024?

You can access the information about conference accessibility on this link. The site offers useful information such as submitting accessibility needs to the conference organizers, venue contact information, sign language interpretation and captioning information, conference space description (quiet spaces, loud sounds, smoking policy, and accessibility arrangements), dietary needs, emergency evacuation and hotel accommodations.
